More Family

A few more shots.....
Jack digging into some cheesecake.

My Grandparents

My grandparents and me.

My dad, calling elk with the vacuum hose..... My nephews (Kaleb and Jack), taught him that one.

Family

I was lucky enough to be home for the holidays, and got to see my family. Here are a few shots of them.

A Sailor and a sunset.

These shots were taken while we were pulling into Sasebo, Japan. My friend just happened to walk out in front of me in his dress blues.....

More Japan

One of the food stands in Sasebo, Japan.

The streets of Sasebo are so narrow you can barely fit this toaster on wheels on one side of the road!

An alley. (That's all I got...)

A view of Sasebo in the background, and a really, really old house in the foreground.

The first stand of bamboo I've ever seen! Initially I thought bamboo was some kind of tree. Turns out it's just a grass pretending to be a tree....

The weather in Sasebo.

This structure is on top of Mt. Yumihari in Sasebo. It's a view point that looks out over the bay and all the islands.

It was a rainy day on top of Mt. Yumihari. Pretty cool views though.
